Initial Consultation: We discuss your goals, review your space, and establish the project scope
Design Development: We create the design concept, preliminary floor plans, color palette, plus furniture and material selection. This also includes coordinating with vendors (either your favorites or ours).
Construction Documents and Specifications: We prepare detailed drawings and plans that outline every aspect of the project, including:
Floor plans with dimensions, layout, and space usage
Interior and exterior elevations
Custom millwork, cabinetry, or other specialty features
Detailed lighting and electrical plans
Material and finish specifications
Project Management: We oversee the implementation of your design, coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail aligns with the vision.
On-Site Visits and Installations: We review progress to ensure quality, address questions or concerns as they arise, and oversee the installation of furniture, drapery, lighting, etc.

We offer a transparent, hourly fee structure that allows you to pay for the exact time and expertise dedicated to your project. Smaller projects require a $1,000 deposit.
